About this camp

The TNT Youth Sports Performance Training program is designed to build a strong foundation of athleticism in young athletes within a safe, fun, and structured environment. The program focuses on developing coordination, balance, agility, and body awareness through engaging drills and games for younger participants (ages 7-9). For older youth (ages 10-12), the program progresses to building strength, speed, and confidence through age-appropriate resistance training, speed mechanics, and teamwork. Athletes will learn proper running mechanics, including knee drive, arm action, and ankle flexion, alongside core and hip work, and injury prevention. The program also incorporates upper and lower body strength development, mobility, and cool-down exercises. Once athletes demonstrate appropriate development, they can advance to the Advanced Youth Training Program, which includes foundational strength lifts like bench press, squat, and deadlift, along with more advanced speed, agility, and plyometric training.
