The Stevens ECOES (Exploring Career Options in Engineering and Science) program is a two-week residential program designed for high school students interested in exploring various engineering and science disciplines. Participants engage in hands-on projects and receive mentorship from faculty. The curriculum may include modules in biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, and naval engineering, as well as engineering management, robotics, physics, and optics. Students will tour cutting-edge laboratories and industry-leading companies, and design and complete their own research projects. A typical day includes breakfast, two class sessions, lunch and activity breaks, dinner, evening research projects, and social activities, with a residence hall curfew at 10:30 p.m. and mandatory quiet hours at 11 p.m.
